Drejtimi i k\u00ebsaj strukture\np\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr forcimin\ne m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve te drejt\u00ebsia dhe sundimi i ligjit n\u00eb\nShqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AMIE pret q\u00eb SPAK t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb me\nprioritet l\u00ebshimin e paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetimeve t\u00eb origjin\u00ebs bullgare nga\ninstitucionet lokale shqiptare, si dhe ndikimin q\u00eb grupet e nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb\npasaportave bullgare kan\u00eb ushtruar gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb censusit t\u00eb vitit 2023 n\u00eb\nt\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebto grupe kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur pushtetin dhe\nlidhjet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur anketues t\u00eb tyre, duke ushtruar presion,\nk\u00ebrc\u00ebnime dhe ryshfet ndaj qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u2019i detyronin t\u00eb\ndeklarohen si bullgar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb manipulojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e censusit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gjithashtu, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb hetimin e\nveprimtarive t\u00eb paligjshme t\u00eb fondacioneve t\u00eb ardhura nga Bullgaria, t\u00eb cilat\noperojn\u00eb me q\u00ebllim asimilimin e komunitetit maqedonas autokton n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri,\nduke cenuar identitetin, kultur\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb drejtat e k\u00ebtij komuniteti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Censusi i fundit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri u\nzhvillua n\u00ebn presione t\u00eb shumta dhe nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb nga grupime dhe\ninstitucione bullgare. Para dhe gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb censusit, AMIE ka denoncuar\nn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme presionin e ushtruar nga nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesit e pasaportave\nbullgare, nga Ambasada e Bullgaris\u00eb, si dhe nga grupe ekstremiste dhe\nfondacione t\u00eb ndryshme nga Bullgaria, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb pasur mb\u00ebshtetje edhe nga\ndisa zyrtar\u00eb vendas, me q\u00ebllimin e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb manipuluar rezultatet e\ncensusit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AMIE mbetet e p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb\nmbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb komunitetit maqedonas n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebrkimin e\ntransparenc\u00ebs dhe ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do proces q\u00eb prek identitetin dhe t\u00eb ardhmen\nton\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
