Vasil Sterjovski was born in Korça on May 17, 1982. Sterjovski graduated in History at the Faculty of Philosophy, University “St. Cyril and Methodius”Skopje, Macedonia. He has completed postgraduate studies at the National Historical Institute at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje, Macedonia. He is enrolled in doctoral studies at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, Macedonia at the Institute of National History.
Sterjovski has worked as Deputy Mayor of Municipality of Pustec during 2007-2010. During 2010-2017 he worked as a Director of the Public Utility Company in Korça County. During the period 2017-2019 he worked as the Director of the Public Company Utilization of Pustec. During 2015-2019 he was elected a member of the Pustec Municipality Council and a member of the Korça District Council. Currently, from May 16, 2019 onwards, he has been a member of the Albanian Parliament.
At the same time, during the period 2007-2013 he held the position of President of the Youth Forum of the party Macedonian Alliance for European Integration. The period 2013-2019 he held the position of party Secretary General of the Macedonian Alliance for European Integration. From September 2019 he was elected President of the party Macedonian Alliance for European Integration.
Sterjovski speaks Albanian, Macedonian and English.
